Glenn Livingstone - Chief Executive
Glenn has over 27 years teaching and leadership experience. He knew he wanted to be a teacher at the tender age of 7 years old, and this was thanks to his own inspirational teachers.
Glenn’s vision is for building close partnerships across the Trust and beyond, in order to secure success for all children in the family of schools that the Trust serves. He is passionate about high quality, professional development for staff, to ensure the best possible opportunities for the children.
Glenn is very proud that during his career, many of his staff have been supported in their development pathways, leading to successful leadership roles, including five that have gone on to become headteachers!
Mark Rivers - Director of Education/Deputy CEO

Mark started his role as Director of Education in September 2024. He is also a serving Ofsted inspector specialising in Primary Education. He has a passion for education, having trained and worked in the sector for over 15 years across the primary age-range.
From headship to working as a local authority improvement adviser, Mark has supported schools at different stages of their development journey to raise aspirations and secure the best possible outcomes for each and every child. His commitment to collaboration and research-informed practices ensures that his insights are grounded in evidence and models of best practice.
With a strong and proven background in school leadership, he brings a wealth of practical experience and a keen eye for curriculum, assessment and effective pedagogy.
Julie Goodridge - Director of Trust Growth & Development
Since 2024, Julie has taken on the role of Director of Trust Growth & Development, to continue to build on her previous work as Director of Education from 2021. Julie started her teaching career in 1982, going on to work as an Achievement Advisor for EdisonLearning for 13 years, delivering NAHT and DfE funded school programmes.
The vision of a Trust that uses the strength of scale to create effective and efficient systems to support its schools, whilst still allowing for the individual and unique nature of each, chimes strongly with Julie’s values and beliefs.
Julie is constantly motivated to work, using what is learned from research, to tackle challenges that schools face as both local and national agendas change.
Jill Abbott - Director of Finance
Jill has been the Director of Finance for Everychild Partnership Trust since 2023, having worked as Director of Finance & Resources at Partners in Learning from 2017.
She has extensive experience of business and facilities management in schools in the maintained and academy sectors. She previously worked as a Hub Business Manager for two secondary schools and two primary schools within a large academy trust.
Jill has been in the educational sector since 1995 and is passionate about the school environment and ensuring children have the best possible learning experience.
Anita Russell - Director of Operations
Anita has been the Director of Operations for Everychild Partnership Trust since its merger in 2023. She provides operational strategic support for all corporate services.
Anita has been an HR professional since 2002 with both generalist and specialist experience across a range of private and public sector businesses, with experience in managing HR professionals and administrators to support HR processes.
She has experience in anticipating the changing demands in an organisation, analysing requirements and developing pragmatic solutions, whilst establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
